  • Repeat-order support

Trade Partner Program

Sell the idea. Know how it will be made.

A trade partnership should make the next client conversation easier. Get the production details you need to prepare a credible proposal, explain the options and agree a realistic delivery plan.

Design agencies

Take a brand concept beyond the screen with structural guidance, material options and physical samples.

Print resellers

Add labels, cartons, rigid boxes and printed inserts to a client brief without managing each component in isolation.

Packaging distributors

Build a repeatable specification for established lines, new SKUs and replenishment orders.

Turn the creative brief into a production discussion.

BEFORE YOU QUOTE

A proposal your client can make a decision on.

A beautiful concept still needs a workable specification. Share the product, target quantities and design direction so we can review the construction, printing and finishing with you. Separate essential requirements from optional upgrades before you present the project.

  • Compare materials and finishes against the intended use.
  • Identify sample, tooling and artwork requirements.
  • Confirm what is included in the quotation.

Packing and shipping instructions belong in the brief—not at the last minute.

PROTECT THE HANDOVER

Agree how your brand reaches the customer.

Define communication and delivery arrangements before production starts. If your project needs neutral cartons, white-label documents or direct delivery, include that in the brief so feasibility and any additional costs can be confirmed. Confidentiality requirements should be agreed in writing.

  • Name the contact responsible for client approvals.
  • Agree outer-carton markings and shipping documents.
  • Record approved artwork and specifications for reorders.

HOW IT COMES TOGETHER

A clear route from enquiry to repeat order.

Keep sales decisions with your team and make the production checkpoints visible.

  1. Introduce the project

Tell us your role, product mix, quantities and client deadline.

  2. Review the specification

Agree the construction, materials, artwork status and quotation scope.

  3. Approve the sample

Route proofs and any physical samples through your approval contact.

  4. Produce & prepare

Manufacture against the approved specification and packing instructions.

  5. Deliver & reorder

Confirm delivery details and check changes before each repeat order.

PROJECT SCOPE

Know what to ask for at each stage.

Useful information for your next client conversation, organised around the decision you need to make.

Talk through your requirements

Build a comparable proposal.

A quote is most useful when the assumptions are visible.

  • Dimensions, quantities and material specification
  • Printing, finishing and tooling scope
  • Sample requirements and proposed delivery basis

Keep the approval trail clear.

Make sure every stakeholder is looking at the same version.

  • Artwork version and proof comments
  • Physical sample scope and acceptance points
  • Named approver and confirmed packing instructions

Reorder the approved product—not an assumption.

Confirm what stays the same and what has changed.

  • Previous order reference and approved specifications
  • New quantities, SKU changes or artwork updates
  • Current pricing, material availability and delivery requirements

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Clearer decisions.

Practical answers to help you plan the next step.

Who is the packaging trade program for?

It is intended for design agencies, print resellers, packaging distributors and other businesses managing packaging projects for their clients. Share your typical products, order pattern and support needs so we can discuss a practical working arrangement.

Can you offer blind shipping or white-label packing?

Request this at quotation stage. Neutral outer cartons, document requirements, shipping labels and delivery contacts need to be agreed for the project. Feasibility and additional costs depend on the destination and shipment requirements.

How do you handle client confidentiality?

Tell us which information is confidential and who may communicate with your customer. Any NDA, account-handling rules or restrictions should be reviewed and agreed in writing before sharing sensitive files or starting the order.

Is there a fixed reseller discount or guaranteed margin?

No universal discount or margin is promised. Pricing depends on the construction, materials, quantities, finishing and commercial terms. Your business determines the price and service package it offers its client.

Can you work with artwork from our own designer?

Yes. Supply editable production files where available, brand references and the proposed dieline. The team can review print preparation needs and clarify any artwork work included in the quotation.

What should I send for a first quotation?

Include the packaging type, dimensions, quantity by SKU, materials or finish references, artwork status and delivery destination. Mention any confidentiality, neutral-packing or client-approval requirements at the same time.

START A CONVERSATION

Bring us your next client brief.

Tell us what you sell and where production support would help. We will discuss the project scope and the working arrangement before you commit.
