Can I request support at just one stage?
Yes. You may already have artwork, a dieline or a previous approved sample. Share what is ready and which decisions remain open so the service scope can focus on what your project needs.
Are tooling, design and samples included in the product price?
Not automatically. Confirm artwork work, tooling, sample type and revision scope in the quotation. Costs depend on the construction and work required.
Does the standard sample lead time apply to every project?
No. Three days is the standard sample lead time after specifications are confirmed. Complex structures, specialty materials, tooling or revisions may require additional time. Confirm the schedule for your project.
Do you guarantee compliance in every destination market?
No blanket compliance guarantee is made. Share the destination, required tests and documentation at quotation stage. Product-specific materials and documentation must be reviewed for the intended use.
