DETAILS THAT DO THE WORK

A good-looking pack. A well-planned specification.

The right structure starts with what goes inside. We review the product, how it is filled and how the pack will be used before settling the specification.

Material & barrier

Match the film construction to the contents, storage conditions and target shelf life. Confirm suitability through the required testing.

Opening & resealing

Review zipper position, tear access and seal area against the filling process and pack size.

Clear, consistent artwork

Plan ingredients, feeding guidance, barcodes and batch coding space alongside your brand design.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN

One brand. A considered finish.

Choose the surface that suits each component. Finishes and materials are reviewed for the selected pouch, carton or label.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before we start

A little detail early on helps us recommend a more practical packaging direction.

Talk through your brief →

Which format works for pet treats?

Stand-up pouches are a useful starting point for resealable packs; flat pouches can suit trial sizes. The final choice depends on the contents, fill weight, sealing method and how the product will be displayed.

Can the packaging be used in direct contact with pet food?

Tell us the ingredients, processing method, storage conditions and sales market. Material suitability and any required food-contact documentation or testing need to be confirmed for the actual application.

Can I coordinate different products in one range?

Yes. Pouches, cartons, labels and printed inserts can share the same brand direction. Each component still has its own material, dimensions and print specification to review.

What quantity and lead time should I plan for?

Minimum quantities and timings depend on the format, material, finish and artwork versions. Share the quantities you need for each item and your delivery date so we can prepare a project-specific quotation.

Can I review a physical sample first?

Sample options can be discussed before production. Use the sample stage to confirm structure, product fit, handling and the finish requirements for your chosen packaging.

Let’s package the next good thing.

Send us your product details, quantities and artwork. We’ll help you bring the range together.
