Should I enter product size or box size?
Enter the required internal box dimensions. If you only know the product dimensions, include them in your project notes so clearance, board thickness and any insert can be reviewed before the dieline is prepared.
Can the sleeve cover my existing tray?
Yes, it can be reviewed around an existing inner pack. Send the tray dimensions and a sample where possible; tolerance and finish affect the sliding fit.
When should I prepare the final artwork?
Confirm the structural dieline first. Place text and finishing layers on the approved file, with bleed and clearances around creases, cuts and glue areas. A proof is reviewed before production.
