Uncoated Text Paper
A readable, low-glare sheet suited to instructions, forms and manuals that may require writing.

Coated Text Paper
A smoother surface supports sharper imagery and denser color for catalogs and product booklets.

Opaque Manual Paper
Selected stocks can reduce show-through where compact text and diagrams are printed on both sides.

Lightweight Insert Stock
Thin paper helps a multi-fold leaflet fit within limited packaging space, subject to fold and print testing.

Heavy Self-Cover Stock
One consistent paper weight can simplify compact booklets while giving the outer pages more presence.

Separate Card Cover
A heavier cover protects the text pages and creates a defined surface for branding and finishing.

Matte Lamination
A low-gloss protective film can add handling resistance and a restrained surface to compatible covers.

Gloss Lamination
A clear gloss film increases shine and color saturation on suitable printed covers.

Surface Coating Review
Confirm the coating type against the stock, artwork, folding and expected handling.

Spot UV
Selective gloss can emphasize a title, image or mark against a contrasting cover surface.

Foil Stamping
Metallic or pigment foil can add controlled emphasis to covers, certificates and presentation literature.

Embossing & Debossing
Raised or recessed detail gives suitable cover stocks a tactile brand element.

Questions about Perfect-Bound Books
When can I finalize the spine artwork?
After the text stock, page count and cover construction are confirmed. These determine the spine width and the necessary artwork allowances.
Can the cover and text use different papers?
A separate cover can be specified with a different thickness or finish. The binding method and complete page block are reviewed to confirm compatibility.
How do I supply artwork for multiple editions?
Use clearly named, approved files for each model or language and provide quantities per edition. Mark the cover and text page counts separately.
