Questions about Quad-Seal Pouch
How should I specify pouch dimensions?
Enter the finished external width and height, plus the fully expanded base or side depth where applicable. Seal margins and closure placement reduce usable space; final capacity is checked with the intended contents.
Is quad-seal the same as flat-bottom construction?
They are different structural descriptions. Quad-seal identifies the four vertical edge seals; base geometry and shelf behavior depend on the complete design. Review the intended base and filled sample before approval.
How is the barrier structure selected?
Provide the contents, intended shelf life, filling process and storage conditions. Film layers and seals are reviewed together; material names alone do not establish shelf life or suitability for a filling process.
